Monthly marketing plans

You're already paying for marketing.
Nobody's in charge of it.

A VA on social. Someone on the website. Somebody with a camera. They don't talk to each other, and no one reports back. We run all of it. One monthly price. One person responsible.

$600to$2,000a month

Four plans. Everything listed is included. One-time setup from $750.

What this replaces

This is probably what you have now.

  • The VA

Posts three times a week from whatever photos you send. Reuses the same six. About $500 a month

  • The website person

Keeps WordPress alive. Hasn't read the copy since launch. $150 a month, or a bill when it breaks

  • The videographer

One shoot a quarter. One reel goes up. Nothing gets cut from the rest. $600 a shoot

  • The newsletter

You, on a Sunday, when there's time. Your weekend

Call it $850 a month across three invoices, plus your Sundays. Everyone did their job. Nobody set the plan, nobody checked the numbers, and when a lead calls you can't say where it came from.

This replaces all of it. One calendar, one brand kit, one report, and one person who answers for the whole thing.

The four plans

Pick a plan.

Every plan includes posting, publishing, website upkeep, and a monthly report. The higher plans add design and search pages. Pay month to month, or commit to twelve months for the lower price.

One-time setup

$750one brand$1,200two brands

That builds your brand kit: the templates, the type, the colors, the photo treatment. Keeping it current is included every month after.

What a large piece is

One of these: a web page. An email series of three or four. A lead magnet, built and connected to your email list. An article written so AI search tools have a reason to cite it. We size the work. You choose what it's for.

What counts as a second brand

A second brand gets its own kit, its own calendar, and its own report. That means two websites, or one company with a separately branded service. A landing page under your main brand is a large piece, and it's already included.

What a large piece looks like

A lead magnet, built and wired to the list. Carolyn sent us the text as a plain PDF. It came back as a branded four-page download for the show notes: her email template for reaching psychiatrists and referral partners, plus the follow-up guide. Copy edited, laid out, and ready to send.

What the monthly report looks like

A short deck, once a month. What we built, how traffic responded, where people went on the site, and what next month looks like. Written in plain English, and honest when a number is flat.

How it works

Three things that make it work.

01

We turn your photos into video.

Every client gets reels, even without a camera. We build them from your own photographs, set to music, captioned, and scheduled with the rest of the month.

02

Pages that AI search can find.

We write and structure pages so tools like ChatGPT have a reason to name your business when someone asks the question you answer. That's where search is going, and most local businesses aren't there yet.

03

A report that says whether it worked.

Real search and traffic numbers every month, what changed, and what we do next. A screenshot of likes doesn't count.

Samples

What the posts look like.

Four clients with nothing in common, on the same system. A Dallas realtor, a software consultancy, a therapist with a podcast, and a charity golf tournament. Real posts and reels, as they went out.

The full story on the therapist is at gairy.co/case-study-dr-carolyn-solo-lcsw.

A fair question

Couldn't I just do this with ChatGPT?

You could try. These tools are subscriptions. They're a very fast assistant that doesn't know your customers, your calendar, or what good looks like. Twenty dollars a month will never replace a marketing expert.

What the tools do change is the price. One experienced person can now deliver what used to take a department, and that's how this costs $600 a month instead of $6,000. The tools are already in the price.

Do you want to do this, or do you want to run your business?

The rules

How we work.

  1. Two revision rounds on every piece.
  2. Timelines start when we receive your photos, logo, and copy.
  3. Unused work carries over one month, then expires.
  4. You approve everything before it goes live.
  5. No paid ads. If you need them, we'll tell you who to call.
